Social Media Management
Aside from traditional tasks such as creating content, writing copy for posts, and responding to direct messages, I have also worked closely with a respresentative from Meta to launch a Facebook ad campaign that exponentially increased CFGC's average impressions.

Video Filming & Editing
An involved duty at CFGC was directing, filming, and editing the organization's videos. With over 15 years of editing under my belt, I created videos for multiple channels, including social media, community events, website, new employee orientation, and schools.

Graphic Design
Having used Photoshop for over 10 years, I created many visual works for the organization. This includes social media posts, event floor plans, signage, t-shirt designs, print material, the company letterhead, and a children's activity book. Other programs include Illustrator, Lightroom, and Canvas. Most notably, I designed the logos for the organization's subdivisions.

3D Modeling
A project in early 2021 saw me design art to be used for non-fungible tokens to be given to donors who gave using cryptocurrency. The art was modeled and animated in Blender.

Writing
As communications coordinator, I wrote the copy for many of the public facing material. This includes most of the website, social media captions and graphics, press releases, blog posts, internal and external emails, and internal documents.

During my inital month at CFGC, the organization was preparing to celebrate its 125th anniversary with an Open House event. My duties for this event included:
→ Making marketing materials, such as forms, signage, and graphics
→ Soliciting in-kind donations from a variety of local stores and corporations, such as Target, Home Depot, and Trader Joe's
→ Contacting vendors for equipment
→ Setting up the venue
→ Discovering and managing volunteers
→ Recording the event

→ At the age of 18, I became a keyholder at location #3232 in Firewheel Mall. At the time, I was the youngest person to ever hold a management position at that location

→ Other responsibilities outside of general retail duties included handling cash, independently operating the store-including opening and closing procedures, performing inventory counts, ensuring the location was clean, and maintaining current product knowledge to educate guests

My small team and I worked closely with the company's director of marketing to create a detailed marketing plan with a $5,000 budget that addressed issues with the brand's existing marketing, including social media, event coordination, and website issues. Many suggestions were implemented in the brands future projects.
